Lindsay Bridges, MD became interested in MBSR through her work as a Family Medicine physician. She trained extensively for teaching MBSR through the University of Massachusetts Medical School Center for Mindfulness and has completed the UMass Center for Mindfulness Teacher Certification for MBSR . She has been teaching MBSR in a variety of hospital and health professional training centers since 2002. Mindfulness and meditation practices are an integral part of her daily life.

Cindy Rhodes, MA, NCC, LPCA, developed an interest in the transformative power of mindfulness while in graduate school. She has since devoted her professional life to assisting individuals and groups in tapping into their own deepest inner resources for learning, growing, healing, and transformation. Cindy completed the professional training for Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction with Jon Kabat-Zinn and Saki Santorelli as well as other mindfulness trainings in a variety of settings. Recognizing that mindfulness is a lifetime engagement, practices that promote awareness and acceptance are a focal point of her everyday life.
